REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Fasani Fit, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we will do our best to make it right.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution — whether that is a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The product must have been purchased directly from fasanifit.com

  • You must provide your order number and reason for the return

Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. We understand that you need to try a product to know if it works for you.

3. Non-Refundable Situations: We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products not purchased directly from fasanifit.com

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste preference

  • Packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at fasanifit@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

5. How to Request a Refund:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your request

  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

6. Refund Processing: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Return Shipping: If a physical return is required, we will provide detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
